The Journal of Forestry September 2017 issue is dedicated to Tribal Forest Management. I co-edited this special issue with Serra Hoagland of the USFS Rocky Mountain Research Station. This is really exciting because it is the culmination of a several year process of bringing together 24 articles from Indigenous and non-Indigenous foresters and researchers who illustrate the importance, innovation, and value of tribal forest management. Hardcopy issues should be shipped by the end of the month. Visit the Journal of Forestry (volume 115 no 5) to see the articles online.

Thanks, Chris! This was a long project that took a lot of work from the authors, tribal communities, JOF, and many others. I am so happy that people finally have hard copies in their hands!
